Audio-Visual
Digital signage, video walls, conference AV, and public address — all managed from one dashboard, consistent across every branch.

Last updated:

Visual updates that take weeks. Or never happen.
Most multi-branch operators update digital signage by sending USB drives to every store, or worse — sending someone in person. Conference rooms have AV systems pieced together from three vendors that nobody knows how to operate. Public address infrastructure was installed in 2010 and hasn't been touched since. The result: branding goes stale, content drifts off-brand, and visual systems become liabilities instead of assets.
Centralized control. Local execution. Every screen, every location.
We deploy video walls, digital signage, conference room AV, and public address systems engineered to report back to one dashboard. Marketing pushes a menu update from headquarters — every store reflects it within minutes. Conference rooms work on the first call. Public address systems run with the reliability the customer never thinks about because they never have a reason to.
What changes, once you have it.
Push updates network-wide in minutes: menu changes, promotional content, branded refreshes — all deploy from a single dashboard.
Conference AV that actually works: walk into the room, the system is ready. No remote-control archaeology, no calling IT.
Hospitality-grade reliability: public address and announcements that the customer doesn't think about because they never have to.
Local relevance, central control: region-specific or branch-specific content where it matters. Brand consistency where it matters more.
Where the system is deployed.
QSR networks pushing menu updates across hundreds of stores. Premium retail floors. Government buildings with conference and announcement systems. Coffee chains running consistent branding across regions. Anywhere visual systems are part of how the operation communicates.
Meeting room solutions
We design and install meeting rooms that work the first time someone walks in: a display or video bar sized to the room, clear audio, one-touch video conferencing, wireless presentation and tidy cabling. From huddle rooms to boardrooms, every room in an office follows the same standard so staff do not have to relearn it.
What we install
Video bars and conference cameras, ceiling and table microphones, speakers, displays and video walls, wireless presentation, room booking panels, and control systems.
Video conferencing
Video conferencing fails on small things: echo, poor framing, a laptop that will not connect. We specify equipment for the room size and the platform you use, tune audio on site, and test before handover. Our maintenance team then keeps rooms working under an agreed service level.
Sizing a meeting room correctly
The right equipment depends on the room, not the catalogue. A four-person huddle space needs one display and an all-in-one video bar. A boardroom for twenty needs larger or dual displays, ceiling or table microphones that pick up every seat and speakers placed so remote participants are heard clearly at the far end. We survey the room size, seating, windows and wall construction before recommending anything.
Audio first
In most meeting rooms, poor sound causes more frustration than poor video. Hard walls and glass create echo, and a single microphone at one end of a long table leaves half the room inaudible. We plan microphone coverage and acoustic treatment so every voice carries, then tune the system in the room after installation.
One-touch start
Staff should be able to start a call in seconds. We set up a single controller or touch panel to join scheduled calls, share a laptop screen and adjust volume, and add booking panels outside the door so rooms are not double-booked.
Standard meeting room designs across offices
For organisations with several offices or floors, we define a small set of room types, such as huddle, medium and boardroom, each with a standard kit and layout. Every meeting room of the same type works the same way, which makes training simpler and support faster.
Support after installation
Displays, controllers and conferencing devices need firmware updates, and platforms change their requirements over time. Our maintenance team keeps each meeting room and signage screen updated and checks them on scheduled visits. If a room stops working before an important call, you have one number to call, and the technician already knows how that meeting room was set up. For signage networks, we monitor players remotely and flag screens that stop showing content.
Digital signage content
We set up content scheduling so marketing teams can update every screen without visiting branches.
Ask for a room survey before you buy equipment.
Questions we get.
Yes. Most clients start with whichever visual system is hurting most and add others as the budget allows. Sized to your phase.
No. The dashboard is built for the marketing or operations team to use directly. Train once, run from anywhere.
In most cases, yes. Modern signage management is hardware-agnostic for current-generation displays. We assess existing equipment in the free site visit.
Typically half a day to one day per site for signage and PA. Conference room AV varies by complexity. We work in off-hours where needed.
A correctly sized display, a camera that frames everyone, microphones that cover the table, clear speakers, one-touch conferencing, wireless presentation and neat cabling.
Yes. Magnaite is based in Riyadh and installs meeting room and video conferencing systems across Saudi Arabia.
Yes. We install digital signage, digital menu board screens and drive-thru boards with central content management and remote monitoring of every player.
Yes. We equip meeting rooms with video conferencing systems and install video wall displays for control rooms, lobbies and showrooms.
