Most firms fade. We didn't.
Founded in 1989 by Saudi engineers who wanted to build the country's quiet infrastructure. Thirty-five years later, the same firm — different generation at the helm, same instinct: stay through every iteration. The kingdom changed shape five times. We're still here.
Thirty-five years of staying current.
Magnaite was founded in 1989 in Riyadh. We started with the layer underneath — wiring, cabling, the infrastructure no one notices until it stops working. Then phones. Then networks. Then cameras. Then control rooms. Now AI, cloud architecture, cybersecurity at kingdom scale.
What's stayed constant is the standard. What's evolved is everything else — the technologies we deploy, the engineering practices we follow, the talent on the team. Magnaite renews continuously. We hire for fluency in what's current, not loyalty to what used to work. The team running the firm today operates at the speed of the latest infrastructure and the most current compliance frameworks. That's how a Saudi firm stays relevant for thirty-five years.
Heritage gives us perspective on what holds up over a decade. The team's youth gives us pace to deploy what works today. Both, in the same firm, in the same project — that's the rare combination. It's why clients across food and beverage, government, retail, and enterprise have stayed with us. Most for over a decade. Some longer.
The decades, briefly.
- 1989
Founded in Riyadh.
Saudi engineers building the layer underneath what every business runs on — wiring, cabling, the infrastructure no one notices until it stops working.
- 1990s
Phones, then networks.
From PBX systems into structured cabling and early enterprise networks. The kingdom's first wave of corporate IT infrastructure took shape — Magnaite was wiring it.
- 2000s
Surveillance, control rooms, AV.
The build expanded into CCTV, integrated AV, and the early generation of operations centers. Government and enterprise clients started signing multi-year maintenance contracts that are still running.
- 2010s
Cloud, AI, kingdom-scale F&B.
Migration to cloud-managed video, the first AI-assisted loss prevention deployments, and the QSR partnerships that now span hundreds of locations. The maintenance model proved itself across decade-long contracts.
- 2020
MEWA command room. NCA registration.
The Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture command room delivered end-to-end. National Cybersecurity Authority registration formalized the compliance posture the firm had already been operating under.
- 2026
The next decade of Saudi infrastructure.
New strategic technology partnerships signed across networking, video, and POS — strengthening the stack we install and maintain across the kingdom. The next decade of Magnaite's work is being scoped against the infrastructure ambitions of Vision 2030.
What a systems integrator does
A systems integrator designs, installs, connects and supports technology from several vendors so it works as one system. Our clients do not buy cameras, switches or screens for their own sake. They need branches that open on time, counters that keep trading at peak, control rooms that see every site and data that management can trust. Our job is to choose the right equipment, connect it properly and stay responsible for it after handover.
What we work on
- CCTV, cloud video surveillance and AI video analytics
- Networks, structured cabling and Wi-Fi
- Cybersecurity aligned with NCA controls
- POS infrastructure and drive-thru technology
- Access control and control rooms
- Audio-visual systems, meeting rooms and digital signage
- Maintenance and support under agreed SLAs
Who we work with
Most of our work is with food and beverage chains in Saudi Arabia, including KUDU, Herfy, Shawarmer, Wooden Coffee, ARCHI, Dr. Cafe and Little Caesars. We also serve retail and malls, and government entities such as the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA), where we designed and built the operation and control room. Our systems run across 400 locations in 21 cities, and we work in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Partners
As a systems integrator, we choose vendors for the job rather than one brand for every job. Our technology partners include Eagle Eye Networks for cloud video, DTIQ for loss prevention, Ruijie for networking, Lommason and HMS.
How we hold ourselves to account
Magnaite is NCA-registered and ISO certified. Every installation is documented, every branch built to an agreed standard, and the team that installs a system is the team that supports it. That continuity is the reason many clients have stayed with us for over a decade.
Choosing a systems integrator
When comparing a systems integrator, ask who will support the system after handover, how many similar sites they run today, how they document what they install and whether they can integrate equipment you already own. We are glad to answer each of those questions with examples from current clients.
From cabling to a full systems integrator
We did not set out as a systems integrator. We grew into one because clients kept asking the same question: if you installed the cabling, can you also install what runs on it? Phones followed cabling, then networks, cameras, control rooms and, more recently, cloud platforms, AI analytics and cybersecurity. Each step added a discipline, but the approach stayed the same: understand the operation, build it properly and support it for the long term.
That history matters to clients today. A systems integrator that has seen several generations of technology knows which choices hold up after ten years of daily use and which look good only in a demo. We bring that judgement to every project, whether it is a single branch or a national rollout.
Working with Magnaite
Every engagement starts with a conversation and a site visit, and the first steps cost nothing. If we are the right systems integrator for the job, we scope it clearly, pilot where it makes sense and roll out to the standard we agree together.
