Network & IT Infrastructure
Structured cabling, managed networks and Wi-Fi built to one standard across every branch, so POS, cameras and kitchen systems stay online when it matters.

Last updated:

When the network fails, the operation stops.
When connectivity drops, every other system goes with it: POS terminals freeze, cameras go blind, kitchen displays disconnect, online orders bounce. Most multi-branch operators have networks pieced together over years — different gear at every site, different failure modes, no centralized way to know what just broke.
One standard. Every branch.
We deploy structured cabling, managed switches, dual-WAN routing, and enterprise Wi-Fi — all engineered to the same specification across every site. Issues get diagnosed remotely. Traffic re-routes automatically when one upstream connection fails. The branch keeps trading even when one path goes down. And every site reports back to one central dashboard.
What changes, once you have it.
Multi-WAN redundancy at every site: when one connection drops, the branch keeps trading on the backup path. Most issues never reach the customer.
Centralized monitoring across the network: issues spotted from the operations center before the branch manager has to call them in.
Standardized hardware at every location: same equipment, same configuration, same support pattern. New stores deploy faster because there's a model.
Sized to your phase: three branches or three hundred — we don't over-engineer for an operation you don't yet have.
Where the system is deployed.
Multi-branch retail. Quick-service restaurant networks. Coffee chains. Government buildings. Enterprise offices. Any operation where every location has to perform the same way, every day.
Structured cabling
Structured cabling is the physical layer everything else runs on: POS, cameras, Wi-Fi, kitchen displays and phones. We design cabling with labelled, documented runs, proper cable management and certified terminations, so faults can be traced in minutes and new devices can be added without rewiring.
What we install
Copper and fibre cabling, patch panels and racks, cable containment, labelling and as-built documentation, and testing of every run before handover.
IT infrastructure services in Riyadh
Beyond cabling, we deliver the infrastructure a branch or office needs to operate: managed switching and PoE, routers and dual-WAN links, Wi-Fi for staff and guests, server and comms rooms, power protection and remote monitoring. We work across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and other cities, with one standard for every site.
Network infrastructure planning
Good networks are planned before they are installed. We start with what runs on the network today and in three years, the bandwidth each branch needs, which systems must stay up during an outage, and how the network will be monitored. The result is a standard design you can roll out to every new branch.
Our planning steps
1. Site survey and inventory of existing equipment. 2. Requirements by system: POS, video, Wi-Fi, voice. 3. Standard branch design and bill of materials. 4. Rollout plan with minimal disruption. 5. Monitoring and support model.
Built on Ruijie networking
Magnaite is a Ruijie Networks partner in Saudi Arabia. We deploy Ruijie switches, Wi-Fi and cloud network management so multi-branch operators can see and manage every site from one place, and we support it under an agreed service level.
Testing and documentation
Every structured cabling run we install is labelled at both ends, tested and recorded. You receive a cable schedule showing where each point goes, which patch panel port it uses and what device it serves. When a fault appears or a branch is refitted, the technician starts from that record instead of tracing cables through the ceiling.
Wi-Fi that matches the site
Staff devices, handheld order terminals and guest Wi-Fi all depend on good wireless coverage. We plan access point positions from the floor plan, keep guest traffic separate from business systems and check coverage on site before handover, so the IT infrastructure works in every corner of the branch, not just near the router.
Planning for growth
A network should have room for the next screen, camera or terminal. We leave spare structured cabling points and switch capacity at each branch, so adding a device later means plugging it in, not opening the ceiling again.
Internet links and backup
Each branch can have a backup internet link so payments and cloud systems keep working if the main line drops.
Ask for a network survey of your branches.
Questions we get.
Phased upgrades are the standard approach. Most multi-branch operators can't close stores for a network rebuild — so we don't ask them to. We deploy in clusters during off-peak windows.
We work kingdom-wide. Our team has deployed in every region of Saudi Arabia. Same standard, same support, regardless of location.
Same-day SLA across the kingdom. Most issues resolved remotely within hours. For high-volume locations we keep spare hardware on-site.
It's the layer underneath all of them. Properly designed, the network supports every other system you run — and reports back to a single dashboard.
Structured cabling is a standardised cabling system of copper and fibre runs, patch panels and racks that connects every device in a building. It makes networks easier to manage, troubleshoot and expand than ad-hoc cabling.
Yes. Magnaite is based in Riyadh and delivers structured cabling, network installation and IT infrastructure across Saudi Arabia.
We survey a sample of sites, define what each branch must run, create one standard design and bill of materials, then roll it out branch by branch with central monitoring.
Yes. Network installation is planned from the fit-out drawings, covering structured cabling, the comms cabinet, switching, Wi-Fi and backup internet, so the network infrastructure is ready before opening.
Yes. We survey coverage, reposition or add access points, separate guest Wi-Fi from business systems and manage every branch centrally.
