Why installation quality matters
Most CCTV problems are installation problems. A camera pointed at the wrong angle, a cable run that fails in summer heat, a recorder that stops recording without anyone noticing. None of these show up on the day of handover. They show up when you need the footage and it is not there.
We treat CCTV installation as a long-term system, not a one-day job. That is why so many of our clients have stayed with us for years.
What installation covers
Camera layout by zone
Cash points, counters, drive-thru lanes, dining areas, kitchens, stores, back doors and parking, each covered with the right camera type and angle.
Camera selection
Indoor, outdoor, fixed, varifocal and wide-angle IP cameras chosen for lighting, distance and what each zone needs to show.
Cabling and network
Structured cabling, PoE switching and a network built to carry video reliably, including Ruijie networking where needed.
Recording and storage
On-site recorders, cloud recording, or a hybrid of both, sized to your camera count and retention period.
How we install CCTV
1. Site survey
We walk the site, review existing cameras and cabling, and agree what each zone must cover.
2. Design and quotation
You receive a camera layout, equipment list and a clear scope before any work starts.
3. Installation
Our engineers install cameras, cabling, switches and recorders, working around your opening hours.
4. Testing and handover
Every camera is checked for angle, image quality and recording before handover, and your team is trained on viewing and export.
Maintenance after installation
A CCTV system needs regular care: cleaning, angle checks, firmware updates and recorder health checks. Our maintenance team supports installed systems under an agreed service level, so faults are found before footage is needed.
Cloud video surveillance
Traditional CCTV records to a box in each branch. With ten, fifty or a hundred locations, that means a hundred recorders to maintain and no single place to look when something happens.
We deploy Eagle Eye Networks cloud video management. Cameras connect through a small on-site bridge, footage is stored securely off-site, and authorised staff watch live or recorded video from a browser or phone. If a branch loses internet, the bridge keeps recording locally and uploads once the connection returns.
Many clients run a hybrid: on-site buffering for bandwidth resilience, with cloud storage and central viewing.
Upgrading existing CCTV
Many branches already have cameras that are partly working. We assess what can be kept, what needs replacing, and whether cloud recording and analytics make sense for your branch count, then upgrade in stages starting with a pilot branch.
Upgrading existing CCTV
Many branches already have cameras that are partly working. We assess what can be kept, what needs replacing, and whether moving to cloud recording makes sense for your branch count. Where it fits, we connect the cameras to analytics and loss-prevention tools, covered on the pages below.
Access control
Link every door event to the camera covering it.
Control rooms
Bring cameras, alarms and access control into one monitoring room.
Cameras for Saudi conditions
Outdoor cameras in the Kingdom face heat, dust and strong sunlight, then dark car parks and drive-thru lanes at night. We select housings rated for the environment, cameras that handle bright backlight at entrances, and infrared or low-light models where lighting is poor. Positions are checked at the time of day each area matters most, so the CCTV footage is usable when you need it, not only in daylight tests.
CCTV reviews that save time
Recording is only half the job. We set up CCTV search so managers can find an event by time, camera or linked POS transaction in minutes, and we train branch staff to export clips correctly when a customer complaint or incident needs evidence.
Retention and storage
We size storage for the retention period you need, and confirm it during testing.
Ask for a site survey to plan camera positions.
Questions we get.
It depends on the branch size and layout. A typical branch covers cash points, the counter, the dining area, the kitchen, stores, entrances and, where relevant, the drive-thru lane. We confirm the exact number after a site survey.
Often, yes. During the site survey we check each camera, the cabling and the recorder, and tell you what can stay and what needs replacing, so you only pay for the changes you need.
It depends on the number of cameras and the cabling work needed. We agree the schedule after the survey and plan the work around your opening hours to avoid disrupting service.
On-site recording suits single sites with local IT support. Cloud recording suits multi-branch operators who need central access. Many clients use both. We recommend the option that fits your branch count and network.
Yes. Our maintenance team checks cameras, recorders and storage, and handles faults under an agreed service level.
Footage is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is controlled by user roles, so a branch manager sees only their branch while head office sees all. We align the configuration with your internal policies and sector requirements.
By linking POS transactions to video. Voids, refunds and discounts are matched to the footage of that moment, so loss-prevention teams review exceptions directly instead of searching a full day of recordings.
Choose a CCTV company that surveys the site before quoting, explains what each security camera will see, confirms retention before handover and supports the system afterwards under a clear SLA.
Yes. We install cloud video surveillance through Eagle Eye Networks and AI video analytics, including POS-linked loss prevention through DTIQ, on new or compatible existing cameras.
CCTV installation for a typical restaurant or store branch is planned around trading hours and scheduled after the site survey, with testing by day and night before handover.
