When POS goes down, the shift loses revenue that doesn't come back.

The Friday rush is the moment your POS infrastructure earns its budget. When the line stops because terminals are unresponsive or transactions aren't completing, the orders bounce, the customers leave, and the revenue is gone. Most POS infrastructure isn't engineered for the actual velocity Saudi F&B operations hit during peak.

Transaction infrastructure built for the rush.

We deploy POS infrastructure engineered around high-velocity Saudi F&B realities: multi-shift teams, kitchen display sync, back-office integration, and tested compatibility with the leading POS platforms. The deployment is sized to your actual throughput — not over-engineered to a spec sheet, not under-engineered for the rush you're about to hit.

What changes, once you have it.

Built for the Friday rush: transaction velocity, queue resilience, payment fallback — engineered around the moments that cost you most.

Integrated with the platforms you already run: tested integrations with major Saudi F&B POS platforms. We don't force you to switch.

Kitchen-display sync: order goes from terminal to kitchen instantly. The shift moves at line speed.

Cost-effective at every scale: three locations or three hundred — the deployment is right-sized to actual throughput.

Where the system is deployed.

QSR networks. Casual dining. Coffee chains. Drive-thru operations. Any F&B operation where peak-hour reliability is the difference between a profitable shift and a lost customer.

What a POS system depends on

A POS terminal is only one part of the counter. Behind it sit the network, the receipt and kitchen printers, the payment devices, the kitchen display system (KDS), the cash drawer and the power supply. When customers queue on a Friday night, any one of those can stop orders. Most counter failures we are called in for are not software faults; they are a loose network cable, an overloaded switch, a printer on the wrong IP address or a terminal with no backup power.

That is why our work starts with the infrastructure. We plan and install the cabling, network and power that the counter relies on, then connect the terminals, printers and screens so they work together from the first trading day.

POS integration with your existing platform

Most chains have already chosen a POS platform, and changing it is a business decision, not a technical one. We work with the platform you use. Our job is to make sure the hardware, network and connected devices around it are set up correctly, consistently and in the same way at every branch.

Kitchen display sync

Orders taken at the counter, the drive-thru and through delivery apps all need to reach the kitchen in the right order. We connect the counter system to your kitchen display screens and printers and test each order path before opening, so the kitchen sees what the counter sees.

Built for the Friday rush

Peak hours are where weak installations show. We design counter setups for the busiest hour of the week, not an average one:

  • Network capacity sized for every terminal, printer, screen and payment device running at once.
  • Till, payment and guest Wi-Fi traffic kept on separate network segments.
  • Backup power for terminals and network equipment so a short outage does not stop sales.
  • Spare terminals and clear labelling, so staff can swap a faulty unit in minutes.

Standard setups across branches

When every branch has the same counter layout, the same cabling and the same device settings, support becomes faster and new openings become easier. We document each branch setup and repeat it, so a technician who knows one location can work on any of them.

Support after go-live

Our maintenance and support team covers the hardware and infrastructure we install. If a terminal, printer or network link fails, you have one team to call, not three vendors pointing at each other.

Payment devices and delivery orders

Card terminals, mobile wallets and delivery tablets all add devices to a crowded counter. Each needs a stable connection, a sensible place on the counter and a clear owner when something stops working. We plan where each device sits, how it connects and how it is powered, so the counter stays tidy and every device keeps working through the shift.

Delivery orders deserve particular attention. When orders arrive from several apps at once, staff should not be re-keying them by hand. Where your platform supports it, we connect delivery orders so they flow to the kitchen alongside counter and drive-thru orders.

New branches and refits

For a new opening, we work from the fit-out drawings to plan cable routes, counter positions and the comms cabinet before walls are closed. For a refit, we survey what is already there, keep what still works and replace what does not, then schedule the work outside trading hours where possible. In both cases, the branch is tested end to end, from order to kitchen to payment, before staff start serving customers.

One point of contact

From the first site survey to support after opening, you deal with one team that knows how each branch was built.

Training branch staff

Staff learn the basic checks that solve common problems before a support call is needed.

FAQ

Questions we get.

No. We work with the platforms operators already run. Tested integrations across the major Saudi F&B POS systems.

No. Multi-branch QSR rollouts are scheduled around shift patterns. We deploy in off-peak windows. We have not closed a store for a POS install.

Your processor relationship stays with you. We integrate; we don't intermediate.

Modern POS infrastructure is built to talk to delivery aggregators, online ordering, and your in-store terminals as a single transaction layer. We architect that integration as part of the install.

We work with the POS platform you already use and focus on the hardware, network and integration around it.

Yes. We connect the POS to kitchen display screens and printers and test every order path before opening.

Yes. We install and support point of sale terminals, printers, kitchen screens and the network and power they depend on, working with the POS platform you already use.
