Our commitment

We want magnaite.com to work for everyone who visits it, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is not a box we tick once; it is something we check as the site grows.

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the internationally recognised standard published by the W3C. In practice that means content should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust: readable by assistive technology, navigable by keyboard, clear in its language, and reliable across current and future browsers.

What we do

We build with semantic HTML and ARIA where it helps, keep colour contrast within WCAG AA ratios, make interactive elements reachable and operable by keyboard with a visible focus state, write descriptive alt text for meaningful images, mark decorative images so screen readers skip them, and declare the page language so assistive technology reads it correctly. The site also supports text resizing through the browser without breaking the layout.

Known limitations

We are honest about where we are not yet perfect. Some embedded third-party content, such as video players or maps, may not fully meet WCAG AA, and older downloadable documents may not be fully accessible. We are working through these as we update the site.

Telling us about a problem

If something on magnaite.com gets in your way, we want to know. Email contact@magnaite.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line, and tell us the page, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you can. We aim to respond within five business days and to fix confirmed issues as quickly as we reasonably can.

Reviewing this statement

We review this statement at least once a year, and whenever we make significant changes to the site. The date at the top reflects the most recent review.
