Build the system. Account for the details.
Magnaite designs and installs control rooms, networks and audio-visual systems for Saudi government projects. Our work brings technical scope, site coordination and handover records into an agreed implementation plan.
Give the project a clear technical record.
Government technology projects need an agreed scope, documented specifications and coordinated approvals. We work with the entity and its appointed teams to define what is installed, how it is tested and what is handed over.
For control rooms, networking and audio-visual systems, the design connects the operational requirement to equipment, interfaces and the project’s review process.
Define the systems and the work around them.
Control rooms: design and installation can include room layout, structured cabling, video walls and computing infrastructure, with fit-out responsibilities defined in the scope.
Cybersecurity: assess and implement the network, device and access controls identified for the project. Applicable requirements are confirmed with the entity’s responsible teams.
Networking: plan multi-building or multi-site connectivity, equipment capacity and agreed resilience provisions.
Audio-visual: specify meeting room equipment, video walls and public address systems for the space and operator requirements.
Maintenance: define covered systems, service hours, scheduled checks, response targets and reporting in the support agreement.
Distinguish registration from project requirements.
Magnaite is NCA-registered. That company status does not by itself establish the compliance of a customer’s installation; the project must define its applicable requirements, implementation scope and review responsibilities.
We document the controls and evidence included in our scope and coordinate with the entity’s technical and security teams. Any assessment, approval or ongoing reporting obligations are agreed for the specific engagement.
Plan beyond the installation date.
Equipment choices affect later maintenance, expansion and replacement decisions. We review the expected use, configuration records and support requirements when defining the installation.
Magnaite was founded in 1989. Our public-sector work includes the Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture’s control room in Riyadh, providing a project reference for the design and implementation work described here.
Prepare the information reviewers need.
We coordinate technical submittals, equipment specifications, drawings and change records in the format agreed for the project. The handover scope identifies the records required for operation and future upgrades.
Include security requirements in the design.
Network separation, access permissions and device configuration are reviewed alongside the installation requirements. The entity’s responsible teams confirm the applicable controls and review process.
Define support for the installed system.
We discuss equipment support, spare-part considerations and maintenance coverage during planning. The service agreement records the responsibilities and response terms after handover.
Review a relevant public-sector project.
For MEWA, Magnaite delivered control-room infrastructure in Riyadh. The related case study sets out the project’s design, technical systems and implementation scope.
Coordinate with the teams building the site.
We review drawings, space, power, cooling and installation access with the entity, consultants and relevant contractors. Dependencies are included in the work plan so equipment and fit-out activities can be coordinated.
Progress reports, inspection requests and responses to review comments follow the project’s agreed process. Changes and decisions are recorded for the relevant teams.
Prepare operators for handover.
We train operators and supervisors on the installed system and agreed procedures. The handover plan identifies the documentation and early support arrangements needed as the team takes over.
Planning a public-sector project
Yes. Magnaite is NCA-registered. The applicable requirements, control implementation and review responsibilities for an engagement are defined separately with the entity’s responsible teams.
Yes. Our MEWA control-room project included design, technical infrastructure and architectural work. For a new engagement, the scope defines Magnaite’s work and the responsibilities of other contractors.
The service agreement defines the installed systems covered, visits, support hours, response targets and reporting. Coverage is agreed for the entity and sites involved.
We agree submittal formats, drawings, inspection steps and handover records with the project team, then maintain the relevant change and review records through implementation.
Define the next step for your project.
Share the operational requirement, project stage and systems involved. We can discuss the assessment, documentation and coordination your team needs.
