See the event. Understand the detail.
Review branch events with the recording and transaction details that help explain them. We provide CCTV installation, cloud video surveillance and AI video analytics, with POS integration defined around compatible cameras and platforms.

Clear footage starts with careful installation
When you need to review an incident, the recording should be clear and easy to find. We plan camera positions, connections and storage together, then test coverage and recording before handover.
We also agree how the system will be maintained after installation, so your team knows what is covered and where to report a fault.
What your CCTV installation includes
Camera positions
We plan coverage around the areas you need to review, from cash points and counters to kitchens, stockrooms, entrances, parking and drive-thru lanes.
Camera selection
We select indoor, outdoor, fixed, varifocal and wide-angle IP cameras according to lighting, distance and the detail each area needs to show.
Structured cabling and network
We plan the cabling, Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches and network capacity needed to carry video, using equipment such as Ruijie where it fits the project.
Recording and storage
Choose on-site recording, cloud recording or a hybrid configuration. We size the system around your camera count and required retention period.
From site survey to handover
1. Review the site
We assess existing cameras, cabling and recording equipment, and agree what each area needs to cover.
2. Define the design and scope
You receive a camera layout, equipment list and quotation, with the installation scope defined before work begins.
3. Install the system
Our engineers install the cameras, cabling, switches and recorders to a schedule that takes your operating hours into account.
4. Test and train
We check camera angles, image quality and recording, then train your team to view footage and export clips.
Maintenance after installation
We agree a maintenance plan for camera cleaning, angle checks, firmware updates and recorder health. The plan defines routine checks, fault reporting and support under your service-level agreement (SLA).
Cloud video surveillance across your sites
Cloud video gives authorized users a central way to view connected cameras and recordings across multiple locations. It helps managers review branch events without visiting each site or handling every recorder separately.
We implement Eagle Eye Networks cloud video management, connecting compatible cameras through an on-site bridge. Authorized staff can view live and recorded video from a browser or phone. Local buffering and later upload can support internet interruptions, depending on the system configuration.
We review connectivity, retention and access requirements before choosing cloud storage, on-site recording or a hybrid arrangement.
Make the most of existing cameras
Many branches already have cameras that are partly working. We assess what can be kept, what needs replacing, and whether cloud recording and analytics make sense for your branch count, then upgrade in stages starting with a pilot branch.
Connect video with transaction review
With supported POS integrations and tools such as DTiQ, loss-prevention teams can review refunds, voids and discounts alongside the associated footage. We confirm the available transaction data and analytics before defining the integration.
Access control
Review supported door events alongside footage from the camera covering the area.
Control rooms
Bring cameras, alarms and access control into a monitoring room designed around your team.
Choose cameras for the site conditions
Heat, dust, backlight and low-light areas affect what a security camera can show. We select suitable housings and camera types for the site, then check coverage under the lighting conditions that matter to your operation.
Find the recording you need
Recording is only half the job. We set up CCTV search so managers can find an event by time, camera or linked POS transaction in minutes, and we train branch staff to export clips correctly when a customer complaint or incident needs evidence.
Plan how long recordings are kept
We agree the retention period and recording approach before sizing storage. During testing, we check the recording settings against those requirements and explain how your team can monitor the system.
Discuss a site survey to review camera positions, recording and the systems you want to connect.
Questions we get.
The number depends on the layout and the areas you need to cover. We review cash points, counters, dining areas, kitchens, stockrooms, entrances and any drive-thru lanes during the site survey, then propose camera positions and quantities.
Often, yes. We assess camera condition, cabling, recording equipment and compatibility with the proposed platform. The recommendation explains what can be retained and what needs upgrading.
It depends on the number of cameras and the cabling work needed. We agree the schedule after the survey and plan the work around your opening hours to avoid disrupting service.
We review your branch count, connectivity, retention requirements and access needs before recommending on-site recording, cloud storage or a hybrid setup.
Yes. We agree the scope for checking cameras, recorders and storage, along with fault reporting and support under your service-level agreement.
We configure user access according to the agreed roles and locations, and review recording access and storage arrangements against your internal requirements.
Supported POS integrations link transactions such as refunds, voids and discounts with the associated footage. This lets your team review exceptions in context, with available analytics and transaction fields confirmed before implementation.
Choose a CCTV company that surveys the site, explains what each security camera needs to show and specifies recording retention. Ask how the system will be tested, how staff will be trained and what the maintenance agreement covers.
Yes. We install cloud video surveillance through Eagle Eye Networks and AI video analytics, including POS-linked loss prevention through DTIQ, on new or compatible existing cameras.
We check camera positions, image quality, recording and storage settings against the agreed scope. We also train your staff to view recordings and export relevant clips.
